If your item(s) is damaged/defective or you are not satisfied an exchange, refund or store credit will be provide. Most refunds or store credits will be for the full purchase price less our original shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee based on any non-discounted price if the items are found not to be damaged and are in re-saleable condition. Damaged products due to carrier liability will be refunded once an insurance claim has been paid out by the postal service or applicable carrier. Damages not caused by carrier liability will not be refunded as all articles are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out.
You must make contact with us with in 48 hours of receiving your items to get pre-authorization for a return or refund. It will be the customer's responsibility and at their cost to pay for their order to be shipped back to the us if the items are not damaged/defective. Exchange, refunds or store credits will only be granted once we can inspect the items to determine the severity of the damaged/defective items and whether the damage/defect is consistant with previous cases.
Please note that a refund or exchange will not be granted if your flag patch(es) become damaged from not following our application procedure on our website for iron-on patches.
Refunds and/or store credits are not provided unless items are returned to us. As an Internet/mail order company we operate as any retail outlet would in that we need to inspect the items in question to determine if a refund/store credit will be granted.
If your order has been paid and not shipped we can cancel an order if requested as customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Finally, we reserve the right, and at our discretion, to change or alter the above terms without notifying our clientele of any said changes prior to their implementation.
