Shipping/Freight Rates

Order Fulfilment/Handling Times

Most regular orders are shipped with in 3 to 5 business days. Some of our items may be on back-order and there may be a delay in shipping out your items. If the delay to ship an order due to a back-ordered  product(s) is longer than 5 business days we will contact you to see if you would like to make alternate arrangements.

Priority Handling/Rush Orders

If you are in a rush to receive your order we strongly suggest you select and pay for Priority Handling as well as selecting the Express shipping option (US clients see below for Express shipping charges). Priority orders ship with in a guaranteed 2 business days (Monday to Friday). If you do not add Priority Handling your order will ship in the time-frame stated at the top of this page (3 to 5 business days). There are no exceptions to this policy and requests for faster shipping will only be honoured if the Priority Handling fee is paid. Orders with Express shipping selected will have their item(s) shipped with a faster shipping method, the orders are still subject to your usual handling time stated above.

Shipping rates for are based upon the number of items purchased. Please see our charts below based on your location. All shipments are shipped by either Canada Post, CanPar or FedEx Ground at the discretion of Canada's Patch King.

We don't provide shipping times as these can vary greatly according to your location and shipping method chosen. Please contact us if you require an estimate as to how long your order will take to arrive to your location based on your preferred shipping method.

Local Pick-up (Ottawa/Gatineau)

We do not offer a local pick-up option or our smaller flag products for our clients in the Ottawa/Gatineau area . We don't have a traditional retail store-front operation. We feel our shipping rates are very competitive and having items shipped to you saves you the time of a pick-up.

However, if your you combine your order with other larger products from our other websites (www.CanadasFlagKing.com or www.FlagKingSports.com ) we will allow for a local pick-up option. All your products purchased would need to be in-stock. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to pull the merchandise from our warehouse and all orders must be paid by cash only with a receipt provided by request. A local pick-up can only take place during regular business hours and we do not provide any evening or weekend options.
